About Co-op Housing
Affordable and close to campus, the Co-op operates lodging houses, apartment buildings, and townhouses below market rates. Environmental sustainability is a core value and the Co-op has been an early adopter in many forms of leading edge technologies and approaches.
It's more affordable because our mandate is to serve students, not make big profits. Another reason for its affordability is because housing members are required to participate in the upkeep.
Townhouses
Campus Co-op Commons is our exciting and innovative 100th anniversary townhouse project situated across the street from campus.
Apartments
Situated on the banks of the Speed river in a quiet neighbourhood and less than a 15 minute walk to campus or downtown, our Forest Hill Drive apartments offer one and two bedroom units.

Lodging Houses
We offer single bedrooms in 3 different shared-accommodation houses, situated on College Ave W, right across the street from campus.
